About The Role

You know the role of a mortgage broker or you wouldn’t be reading this advertisement.

Your job is to forge and leverage internal referral partners (with the support of your GM) in a very strategic and considered approach, allowing you to generate quality referrals and access market data to ensure your ongoing success. This together with your own networks and referral sources will see a strong sucessful business develop quite quickly.

You will seek to understand your customers’ financial needs and goals for now and in the future by listening and consulting with them in an honest and experienced manner. You will be taking the complexity out of the maze of financial jargon and delivering a tailored solution in crystal clear, plain and simple terms; creating a truly red carpet experience and gaining a customer for life.

You will also follow the deal from the initial loan interview right through to settlement and ensure that the customer experience is at a red carpet standard. As any experienced broker, you know essential to achieving your success will be around maintaining strong relationships with lenders and making sure you comply with their policies and requirements.

Selection Criteria

To be considered for this exciting opportunity you MUST have;

  • Demonstrable experience in Mortgage Broking
  • Completed your Cert IV in Mortgage Broking
  • Enrolled in or completed your Diploma in Mortgage Broking (we can help with enrolments)
  • Current ABN, PI, etc (or at minimum willing to set up your own business)
  • A natural ability to develop and secure strong relationships
  • Passion for Mortgages and Real Estate
